Area Camping Du Lac, Marciac

Our campsite
is located just on the edge of the ancient
“bastide” (fortifi ed) town of marciac, about 60
miles from toulouse and the atlantic coast and
approximately 1 hour's drive to the pyrénées.
for walkers, cyclists and lovers of nature our site
is ideally placed, being on the pilgrims route to
santiago de compostella and with access to a
range of footpaths and tracks.
just 300m away is a superb lake, offering
activities such as the hire of boats, pedalos and
wind-surfers. there is also a swimming pool
complex plus fi shing and a pleasant lakeside trail
as well as a restaurant and bar.
marciac itself is just a short walk away (800m),
where you will fi nd a good range of shops and
restaurants,.
